Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Replix. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we have established a refund policy that applies to all subscriptions to our service.
1. Refund Eligibility
Users may request a refund for their Replix subscription if they meet the following conditions:
- The user has not used any of their credits within thirty (30) days of subscribing.
- The user forgot to cancel their subscription and has been charged for another billing cycle.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, users must contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] within seven (7) days of the date of their subscription or billing cycle charge. The email should include the following information:
- User's full name
- Email address associated with their Replix account
- The reason for requesting a refund
Once we receive a refund request, our team will review the user's account to verify eligibility. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used to purchase the subscription within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
Please note that users who have used any of their credits within the thirty (30) day period will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, refunds are not available for any other reasons outside of the conditions listed above.
